  • Coordinating staff activities
  • Partnerships and Resource Mobilization
  • Donor and funder Intelligence
  • Oversight of entire projects life cycle
  • Maintaining Comprehensive and accurate records of all ongoing projects
  • Donor and funder relationship Management
  • Support to organizational development and transition process
  • Advertising the Founder Director on all project activities

  • Specific Duties Include(d):
  • Preparing programme of work and budget for the section
  • Allocating targets, duties, tasks to section staff and supervision of these
  • Maintaining regular log of activities in the section
  • Mentoring and counseling staff working in the section
  • Fundraising through projects and partnerships
  • Researching new and existing donor funders
